The HXP40E Automatic Carton Forming Bottom Sealer is a fully automated packaging equipment designed to simplify and standardize carton pre-packaging procedures. It realizes a complete unmanned working cycle: automatically picking flat carton blanks from the material magazine, shaping flat sheets into standard carton structures, sequentially folding bottom flaps in place, and applying adhesive tape for firm bottom sealing.
After finishing forming and sealing, the completed empty cartons are automatically discharged to the downstream conveyor for subsequent packaging procedures. With continuous cyclic operation, the machine achieves a maximum working speed of 12 cartons per minute, delivering stable and high-efficiency carton forming and bottom sealing performance for automated packaging lines.
Different from inefficient manual carton arrangement and sealing, the HXP40E realizes full-process automation for carton bottom packaging. It follows a standardized mechanical procedure to fold bottom flaps in sequence and apply tape evenly, avoiding irregular folding and uneven sealing caused by manual operation.
